The Seminar for General Secretaries of African National Olympic Committees in Malawi was the first good opportunity for the Salzburg 2014 bid to present its new bid film on the international stage and to convince the General Secretaries of African NOCs and the IOC members present of the qualities of the Salzburg 2014 bid. At the same time, Gernot Leitner presented the bid to the General Congress of South American Olympic Committees, ODESUR, in Buenos Aires.
